New Location, New Graduates, Same Great Montessori: The latest post from PegCityLovely our Brand Ambassador

Making Roots Montessori is delighted to introduce our families to Natalie Bell (also known as @PegCityLovely). Natalie is a local blogger and HR specialist who recently joined the Making Roots Montessori family along with her husband, and her son J, who attends our school. Follow Natalie as she shares her family's experience with Montessori.

Hot off the heels of the new Brandon location announcement, I thought it would be a great idea for this post to share some of the Montessori curriculum at Making Roots.
The curriculum is made up of 6 areas: Practical Life, Sensorial, Science & Culture, Math, Language, Art & Orff Music
SENSORIAL AND PRACTICAL LIFE

CULTURAL
MUSIC & MOVEMENT
MATH
In addition to the regular curriculum, Making Roots also has additional learning opportunities.
Show and Share is a fun event that occurs once a month where the children can "show" something special from home.

Crafting as also been a big hit with the children. Take a look at Kristen's recent appearance on CTV where she demonstrates easy craft ideas for the summer.

The best part about this time of year has got to be the ability to spend a large portion of the day outside, exploring and enjoying the warm weather!

Making Roots is making way for a new location in Brandon in September. If you have family and/or friends in that area looking to enroll their children in a great preschool, be sure to give them the Making Roots contact information to stay updated about the grand opening!
Have a fabulous summer!
